Service Description

Are you ready for change? Do you want your life to become more manageable? Are you stuck, frustrated, sad, or angry? Do you want help from someone who isn't your friend or family and will be subjective about your situation? You won't need a lot of sessions. You just need some direction and the ability to be open and honest. Initial consult is 3 hours. One hour to get to know more about your situation, 2nd hour for some feedback and 3rd to create a strategic plan. After initial consultation- one hour appointments can follow if necessary.
