  • Are your services covered under my employee benefits ?
    Each client should check to see what their own policy says about coverage for "life coaching"
  • How many people can participate in the family workshop.
    No more than 4 is recommended. The idea is to have the decision makers attend the workshop and then go back to family and friends with their plan. Some families have requested that their extended family/friends join them after their session to have Tammy speak to them directly. This time is billed by the hour or part there of.
  • Do you coach couples?
    No. Individuals are seen seperately for their own individual needs. A family or couple counsellor can be recommended if required.
  • Can you do your sessions via teleconference ?
    Yes. Please discuss with Tammy directly, if this is your preference.
  • What is the method of payment?
    Etransfer, Visa, Mastercard, Debit or Cash.
  • What is the policy for cancellations or being late?
    Cancellations must be received 24 hour to the scheduled session or full payment will be charged. All Sessions start on time. If a person is late- the session will just start when they arrive and finish at the original scheduled end time. If it is a group setting, the person will be allowed to join when there is an appropriate time to bring them into the room.
