Cancellations must be received 24 hour to the scheduled session or full payment will be charged.

All Sessions start on time. If a person is late- the session will just start when they arrive and finish at the original scheduled end time. If it is a group setting, the person will be allowed to join when there is an appropriate time to bring them into the room.
